Hi All,

I just wanted to join the board and say hi. I've met a few sailors from the local crew over the past few windy days at the lake, including a few more yesterday at Ramsey. Having followed the site and the blogs of other local sailors since before moving to Charlotte (Fort Mill, actually) from CT about a year ago, it's great to meet everyone. I look forward to seeing everyone out there.

I might have a picture or two of you windsurfing. Were you wearing a hat?

"Matt P" is a very recognizeable name in windsurfing. I bet you have a few lookers on this thread. ;-)

Funny about the "Matt P" comment. I didn't think about it until you mentioned it. I wish I could sail like that other Matt P, although maybe given his current situation, now is maybe the only time I could out sail him. Acutally he's probably still better on two broken legs.

I was on on yellow and red Ezzy Wave SE 5.0. Same colors Rob was on with his 4.7.
